System Requirements

AutoCAD® Raster Design software requires one or more of the following Autodesk products to be installed prior to installation:

  • AutoCAD® 2010
  • AutoCAD® Architecture 2010
  • AutoCAD® Electrical 2010
  • AutoCAD® Civil 3D® 2010
  • AutoCAD® Civil 2010
  • AutoCAD® Map 3D 2010
  • AutoCAD® Mechanical 2010
  • AutoCAD® MEP 2010
  • AutoCAD® P&ID 2010
  • Autodesk® Topobase™ 2010

The system requirements below are in addition to the hardware requirements for the Autodesk product upon which AutoCAD Raster Design is installed.

For 32-bit AutoCAD Raster Design


  • Microsoft® Windows® XP Home or Professional edition (SP2 or SP3), or Microsoft® Windows Vista® (SP1),including Home Premium, Enterprise, Business, or Ultimate
  • Intel® Pentium® 4 or better
  • 200 MB free disk space for installation
  • DVD drive

Note: 32-bit versions of AutoCAD Raster Design 2010 software cannot be installed on 64-bit versions of AutoCAD-based 2010 software.

For 64-bit AutoCAD Raster Design


  • Windows XP Professional x64 Edition (SP2 or SP3), or Windows Vista
  • Intel Pentium 4 or better
  • 200 MB free disk space for installation
  • DVD drive

Optional Software

  • Citrix® XenApp™ 4.5 or 5.0 (Citrix Ready™ AutoCAD Map 3D 2010 software is required)
