Indonesia | 
Malaysia | - Maximum 5 years imprisonment, and/or a fine of maximum Rp. 500,000,000.
| - Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years, or
- fine of not less than RM2,000 and not more than RM20,000 per infringing copy, or
- both.

Singapore | - Imprisonment of up to 9 years, and
- fine ranging from P50,000 to P1,500,000.

- up to S$20,000 fine, or
