Presentation Synopsis

Visions of the Future -
Inside Archaus Architects

Jason will share how Archaus Architects use Autodesk 3ds Max to assist in the design process and bring their projects to life, from the initial freehand sketches for a $60 million inner city mixed-use
residential apartment tower to the award winner digital photomontages, by leveraging the 3D Building Information Model (BIM) data created in Autodesk Revit the design team are able to analyze material selections, solar and lighting design and the visual impact the proposed project will have on it’s surrounding environment.

Jason will also analyse how Autodesk 3ds Max gives the design team the freedom to create and visualise the complex façade systems for their projects.

Reconstructing the award winning photomontage, including exporting from Autodesk Revit and material application, Jason will share his knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max and it’s application in the AEC industry which then opens the floor up to exciting and engaging questions.
