Visual Effects veteran Ryan Laney explores time saving Autodesk Maya animation and VFX techniques for fast-paced production environments in this MasterClass. Laney recently helped develop the “goo” for Spider Man 3 that earned an ASIFA nomination, and is currently working on the film G-Force. He’ll use real-world examples to show practical, production-proven techniques designed to get you thinking about how to efficiently approach new challenges in the production environment. This class will explore step-by-step techniques for tackling Meteor Showers, Procedural Animation, and Building a Debris Canon in Autodesk Maya. Additional course material will be provided to students, including all the scripts, scene files, models and video clips used in the course examples scenes.
